one point-of-sale unit goes down, do others on network still work or if your
server goes down, what happens?
Yes, other on network
system will still work even if one of system goes down or server goes down.
What
are the system requirements for the software?
Pentium III (Higher Recommended).
Windows ME, NT2000 w/ SP4, XP w/ SP3, SVGA with (set to a minimum of 16 bit/ 1074x768), 512 MB of RAM (Higher
Recommended). Min 500MB free hard disk space.
File
was out of date need to restart the Computer, but still getting the same
massage.
For Window XP, you need to
download the Service Pack 2(SP2). For Win2000 and you need the Service Pack
4(SP4) before you can install our software.
Is this software suitable for
food takeout/delivery business?
This software is
great for takeout, delivery, fast food and dine-in business.
Do I have to use touch screen
monitor with this software?
Not necessarily. Keyboard and mouse are just fine.
Is there a way to
segregate the tender amount into credit card without go thru
the x-charge process?

Is your program compatible with most
of the MMF register, and POS Thermal printers?
Yes, our program is
compatible with MMF cash drawer, also with Samsung, Epson and Star printers.

software also supports customer loyalty program.
Sorry,
currently we do not support customer loyalty
program for Dine In customer.
Can your program import delimited database
files so that the menu can be uploaded?
Yes, We are using MS
Access database. However, you have to do it manually.
Any chance you will add a combined
check feature? Sometimes a customer wants to pick up their friend's check too... and
in bakery/restaurant the cashier often needs to combine the takeout bakery check
with the dine-in check.

Export reports into excel just one touch of the button. We using MS Access for
database.

Yes, this software will work on notebooks without the
touch screen and with OS: Win ME, Window2K or XP home/Pro. operating system.
